Use of HubSpot CRM (Data Processor)
We manage and store business contact information in HubSpot CRM for the purposes of B2B outreach, managing event registrations, and tracking attendance. Our lawful basis for this processing is Legitimate Interest under UK GDPR, as communications relate to the recipient’s professional role and provide relevant information for service delivery and operational improvement.

HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data strictly in accordance with our instructions. HubSpot does not share data with unauthorised third parties. Some of these processors may store data outside the UK, and appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure compliance with UK GDPR.

Use of Apollo.io and Wix.com (Data Processors)
We also use Apollo.io and Wix.com for managing campaigns, sending communications, and hosting registration forms, as described previously. Data collected via Wix is securely transferred to Apollo.io or HubSpot for campaign management and event coordination.
